“Now Serving Albany, Rensselaer and southern Saratoga counties”
In case you missed our recent blogs, we have big news to share!

Our affiliate, Capital District Habitat for Humanity and Habitat for Humanity Rensselaer County have merged to form the newly named Habitat for Humanity Capital District.
With this merger, comes another announcement - breaking ground on a new, nine-home project in South Troy!
With a project this large in Rensselaer County, we’ve established an office in Troy (212 River St.) with a committed team. Former Director of Development Ericka Small was promoted to Associate Director, actively leading the Troy cause. We also hired Anthony Marino to oversee Troy’s construction site, and Kelly Ferguson, current full-time AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator, will be moving over to Troy to manage Troy’s volunteer army. Read more about the history of Habitat for Humanity Rensselaer County and how this merger came to be here!
